Victor Ramirez came to the United States with very little money and without speaking English. He worked in automotive, sales and construction, learning through hands-on experience before becoming a real estate investor, contractor and business owner.
Early in that journey, an expensive mistake changed the way he looked at construction. He learned that construction isn’t simply about swinging a hammer. Every project involves planning, numbers, people, schedules, contracts, and decisions—and mistakes can cost thousands of dollars and months of lost time.
That lesson became part of the foundation behind VIKA.
Today, Victor brings together more than 20 years of experience in real estate investing and construction. Because he has been on both sides—as the contractor responsible for completing the work and as the investor putting his own money into properties—he understands that a successful project has to make sense before construction begins.
That experience helps property owners, real estate investors, and business partners understand projects, anticipate problems, control costs, and make better decisions before expensive mistakes happen.
